Delete your Enqualia account

Last updated: 21 October 2026

This page explains how to delete your account for Enqualia: the web app at enqualia.io and the Enqualia app for iPhone and Android, made by Enqualia. It also explains what happens to your data.

1.In the app

  1. Open the Enqualia app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Permanently delete my account.

2.On the web

  1. Sign in at enqualia.io/login.
  2. Open Settings, on the Account tab.
  3. In Danger zone, choose Delete account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm, then choose Permanently delete my account.

3.If you cannot sign in

Send an e-mail from your account's address to support@enqualia.io with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours, and we delete it within 30 days.

4.Before you delete

  • Export what you want to keep: Settings, Danger zone, Export my data for your account data, and the export options in each project for its graph, files and tables.
  • Cancel a paid plan under Settings, Billing, so no new period is charged.
  • If others work in projects you own, tell them first: deleting your account deletes the projects you own.

5.What is deleted

  • your account and sign-in;
  • the projects you own, with their workspace content, files, conversations, connections and stored credentials;
  • your personal spaces;
  • your API keys, sessions and push tokens;
  • your memberships of projects that others own (those projects stay with their owners).

6.What we keep

  • payment records and invoices, for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires it (Stripe keeps its own records of your payments);
  • the usage records those invoices are based on (identifiers and costs, no content), for seven years;
  • content in projects or organisations owned by someone else, such as what you wrote in a shared project: it belongs to its owner;
  • backups, until they are overwritten after Number of days: to be added before publication days.

7.How long it takes

Your account and sign-in are deleted at once. The projects you own are removed in the same step or, for a large project, by a background job that finishes within 30 days. Backups expire within Number of days: to be added before publication days.

8.If you belong to an organisation

Deleting your account removes you from the organisation. Content in the organisation's workspaces stays with the organisation; your own personal space in it is deleted with your account.
