Every record in a table gets embedded and projected into a room of its own. Shops that describe themselves alike end up neighbours, so the sectors appear on their own. No one tagged these, and no rules were written. The same projection runs on the graph itself, which is how retrieval finds the right records: it looks in the neighbourhood, not through a keyword list.
